Permissão necessária na apikey: CREATE_CONTACT. O endpoint cria o contato se não existir (por phone e/ou email) ou atualiza campos básicos (name, phone, email) se já existir. Também permite vincular tags existentes e preencher customFields existentes. É obrigatório informar phone ou email no corpo.
