Permissão necessária na apikey: MANAGE_KANBAN. Localiza o card ativo do contato no Kanban. Se existir, move-o para a coluna informada (columnId) e ajusta o statusOportunity; se não existir, cria um novo card. Para sempre criar um novo card use POST /kanbans/{kanbanId}/card/create. É obrigatório informar contactId ou name + phone.
